Jeff Baker, M.P.T.

Jeff Baker has been with Ergo-Rehab since 1997, practicing outpatient orthopedic therapy with a primary emphasis on treatment of the spine, shoulder, hip, knee, ankle and foot. Jeff uses a wide range of manual therapy and rehabilitative techniques to restore maximal function and health. Special interests include functional training, core training and rehabilitation of running and throwing injuries. Jeff received his Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California in 1996. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and as well as a member of the Orthopedic Section of the APTA.
 
Marlene Lamar, Ot, CHT
Marlene Lamar, OT, CHT
Marlene has been with Ergo-Rehab since 1990 as a hand therapist, specializing in traumatic hand injuries. She has clinical experience in acute care, trauma, arthritis, home health and incorporates a holistic approach in her treatments. Marlene has been a member of the American Society of Hand Therapists of r over 15 years and a member of the Occupational Therapy Association for 25 years. She received her B.S. in Occupational Therapy from San Jose State University in 1984. Marlene states, her goal with patients is to “restore their level of function so they can regain their previous quality of life.”
   
Gigi Yee, PT, DPT, ART, CSCS
Gigi Yee, PT, DPT, ART, CSCS
Gigi has been with Ergo Rehab since November 2007, bringing strong clinical experiences from variety of Bay Area clinics. Gigi works with a variety of diagnoses from upper & lower extremities to spine with an emphasis on in sports rehab injuries. She is Maitland manual therapy trained, full-body certified in Active Release Techniques® (a technique she used on athletes at Ironman Lake Placid) and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. In her spare time, she enjoys training and participating in triathlons. She also volunteers at community events that promote health and wellness. Gigi received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Samuel Merritt College in Oakland and undergraduate degree from University of California, Davis. She is also an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) member and Orthopedic & Sports Section member.

Michelle Nomura, MPT
Michelle is a 2009 addition to the Ergo-Rehab team, coming from outpatient orthopedic experience dating back to 2001. Prior to outpatient physical therapy work, Michelle worked in the acute care and rehab hospital setting. She has experience treating the spine, shoulder, neck, knee, and ankle/foot as well hand injuries. She has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since being a student in 1994 and as a licensed therapist since 1997. She is married and has 2 young children.
   
Gilbert Torres, PT
Gilbert Torres, PT
Gil has dedicated many years of practice with local physicians and patients in the community. His experience includes many years of service in a variety of physical therapy practice settings, including Valley Care Hospital and several orthopedic private practice offices. Physical medicine encompasses a variety of settings and Gil’s experience in orthopedic medicine includes his focus on joint replacement therapy, sports rehabilitation, workers compensation injuries, and recovery for those suffering life changing accidents. In addition to his manual therapy clinical skills (that include Maitland and Grimsby’s Norwegian techniques), extensive therapeutic exercise training, and work conditioning programs, he has provided local businesses with establishing work safety programs. Mr. Torres graduated from the California State University at Fresno in 1978 and speaks Spanish.

Iqbal Mann, DPT
Iqbal Mann, DPT
Iqbal S. Maan has been with Ergo Rehab since 2007, practicing sports orthopedic and aquatic physical therapy while working with the top orthopedic surgeons and athletic trainers in the Bay Area. Iqbal treats a variety of sports related injuries and his patient range from little leaguers to professional athletes. He also mentors local students interested in sports rehabilitation. Iqbal received his Bachelors in Kinesiology with emphasis on Exercise Science and Master in Physical Therapy for California State University Fresno and is currently expanding his education by pursuing his Doctorate in Physical Therapy for AT Still University in Arizona. Iqbal is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and Orthopedic & Sports Section member. He is fluent in Punjabi and Hindi.
   
David Kobata
David Kobata, ATC
David Kobata has been with Ergo Rehab since 2005, bringing a variety of knowledge from many different Sports Medicine settings. David has been the Head Athletic Trainer for Evergreen College and an Assistant Athletic Trainer at San Jose City College. He also spent the 2007 season as the Head Athletic Trainer for the San Jose SaberCats of the Arena Football League. David has been involved with the East/West Shrine Football Game as well as the U.S. Moto GP motorcycle races at Laguna Seca. David received his Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from San Jose State University and is a member of the National Athletic Trainer’s Association.
