Work Capacity Evaluations

Work Capacity Evaluations provide a broad overview of an individual's present vocational aptitudes, achievement, interests, temperament, work characteristics, and physical abilities. Through various modalities including psychometric tests, work simulation, dexterity tests, interest inventories, and work samples, a realistic assessment is obtained. It also provides an individual the opportunity to explore their own capabilities in a supportive environment and thus determine appropriate vocational direction and readiness to return to work.
